Uh - ho!

Lost, damaged or the dog ate your certificate?

Not a problem, we can replace it for you as long as you can provide us with the date of your course, type of course i.e, Canine First Responder (one day course) or Canine Primary Care (Half day course), your Instructors name and if you can remember it, their Instructor Number which would have been on the bottom right of the Cert.

We will then check our certificate register and reissue you a new certificate which will reflect the information we hold. If you certificate has expired then we cannot reissue you with a certificate, you will need to consult your instructor to arrange a refresher course and you will be issued with a new, valid certificate on completion. There is an administration charge for replacements, plus postage.
